These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Blue Tees Golf website and purchase of our products. Please read them carefully. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.

By accessing or using our website, or by purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or make any purchase.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility
By using this website you confirm that:

4. Products & Availability
We have taken reasonable steps to display product colours, images and descriptions accurately. However, due to variations in display settings, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen is an exact representation of the product.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or amend product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Pricing & Orders
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where:

  • Products are listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error;
  • An order appears to have been placed for commercial resale purposes;
  • Payment cannot be verified or authorised.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any payment taken.

6. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Delivery
Delivery timescales and charges are set out on our Delivery Information page. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

8. Your Right to Cancel & Returns
Your right to cancel and return products is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

9. Connected Products & Digital Services
Some Blue Tees Golf products include connected hardware features and companion applications (including the GAME AI Caddie App).
Use of connected features and apps is subject to:

  • These Terms & Conditions;
  • Our Privacy & Cookie Policy;
  • Any separate app terms and conditions presented within the relevant application.

We may update the features, functionality or availability of apps and connected services from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blue Tees Golf or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any content from this website without our express written permission.

11. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

All electrical and electronic products sold by Blue Tees Golf comply with applicable UK product safety and radio equipment regulations, including:

  • UK Radio Equipment Regulations 2017 — our GPS, Bluetooth, and wireless-enabled devices are UKCA-marked and comply with applicable radio frequency and electromagnetic compatibility requirements;
  • UK Product Safety Regulations — all products meet applicable UK safety standards;
  • Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 (where applicable).

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of those jurisdictions.
