Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made by customers in the United Kingdom. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by this policy. Nothing herein limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a UK consumer purchasing online, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day after you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at:

You may use the model cancellation form available on request, but you are not required to do so. An email clearly stating your intention to cancel is sufficient.
2. Returning Your Product
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the product(s) to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us.
Condition of Returns
You may handle and inspect products as you would in a physical store. However, if you have used the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminishment in value.
- Products should be returned with all original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging where possible;
- Products should be in a resaleable condition.
Return Shipping Costs
- Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods;
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us;
- Return instructions will be provided when you contact our support team.
3. Refunds
Once we have received your returned goods and inspected them, we will process your refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the goods (or evidence of return, if earlier).
Your refund will include:
- The full purchase price of the product(s); and
- The standard outbound delivery charge (if applicable). Note: we are not required to refund any premium delivery costs you selected above our standard rate.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used when placing the original order.
Where a product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect the reduction in value. We will notify you of any such deduction before processing.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at support@blueteesgolf.co.uk.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply:
- Within 30 days of delivery: you are entitled to a full refund;
- After 30 days and within 6 months: we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. If that is not possible, you are entitled to a refund (which may be reduced to reflect use);
- After 6 months: you retain the right to repair or replacement, though we may ask you to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of delivery.
Where items are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.
5. Connected Products & Digital Features
Some Blue Tees Golf products include connected hardware features and companion applications (including the GAME AI Caddie App).
- Hardware returns: governed by this Returns & Refunds Policy;
- Software or connectivity issues: our support team will work with you to resolve any technical issues before determining eligibility for return or refund;
- Digital services bundled with hardware: considered part of the overall product experience.
6. Digital Content & Subscriptions
If you purchase standalone digital content or an app subscription:
- You have a 14-day right to cancel, unless you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you waive your cancellation right upon accessing the content;
- Where digital content has been accessed or a subscription period has commenced, a refund may not be available except where required by applicable law;
- Full subscription terms and cancellation procedures are set out within the app or relevant subscription terms presented at the point of purchase.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the following may not be eligible for return:
- Items returned outside the 14-day cancellation period;
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage after delivery;
- Digital content that has been accessed where you expressly waived your cancellation right (to the extent permitted by law).
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
9. WEEE & Battery Take-Back
Under the UK WEEE Regulations 2013 and Battery Regulations 2008, you have the right to return old or end-of-life electrical equipment and batteries to us on a like-for-like basis when purchasing an equivalent new product from Blue Tees Golf.
To arrange take-back of old equipment or batteries:
- Contact us at support@blueteesgolf.co.uk with your new order details;
- We will provide instructions for returning the old item at no cost to you.
This take-back right applies to products that are equivalent in type and fulfil the same function as the new product purchased. It does not apply as a general returns mechanism.
